Spring Break
This property works perfect for our family as we were able to rent a second home nearby for the rest of our family. We’ve spent many years in homes on the beach but most of those were lost in the storm. This is a beautiful home and the pool was greatly used. Thank you

Incredible Location
This location for Bonita Springs is really unbeatable. An incredibly quick walk right across the beach made for really easy days with small children. If the beach got too hot or windy, we’d literally just walk back across the street and hang out in the pool. Pool is also great for littles since it gets tons of sun in the morning but is shaded the majority of the afternoon. The house is a great size for 2 small families and really had everything we could ask for. There are some very small signs of wear and tear on the property, but IMO nothing outside of what you would expect for a rental property right next to the beach. Will book again!

Bonita Springs With Kids and Grand kids
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Springs. Great time spent with our kids and their families. Lots of living space for a big group. Beautiful home with all the extras. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and all the extra pool toys provided. We were a little concerned about the location, but it was not a problem. Easy pedestrian access to the beach across the street. Close by restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us and giving us lots of wonderful memories with our family.
